How to create your first illustrated story

ReadKidz platform has been upgraded! We have specially launched the Illustrated story feature, which allows you to easily create beautiful illustrated stories. So, how do you start your first illustrated story?
Step 1 : Create a project
① Go to the Readkidz homepage, find Illustrated Story in the left navigation bar and enter the Illustrated story creation page！
② Choose the age group, topic type and emotional tone of the story according to your ideas, and click Get Started to start creating！
Step 2 : Review and refine roles
① Enter the story creation page. The story title and original text are displayed on the left. Click to edit! Please pay attention to the word limit!
② After confirming the story, click Extract Roles to extract the character information in the story!
③ After extracting the roles, check whether there are any missing or wrong roles in the role information on the right! If there are, click "Extract Roles" again to extract the roles again. (Note: Please confirm that the roles included in the original story are correct before extracting the roles, otherwise the subsequent modification of the original roles and the re-extraction of the roles will not take effect!)
④ After confirming that the role is correct, click Confirm Role to proceed to the next step!
Step 3 : Choose a style
After confirming the character, we need to choose a style. Currently, the platform contains more than 100 styles! Select a style for your picture book and click Next!
Step 4 : Character Portrait
After confirming the style, we need to create the character portrait!
① Check the character list to see if there are any missing characters!
② Click the small pencil on the right side of the character to enter the information editing page of the current character!
③ On the character information editing page, there will be corresponding character information according to the character type. Please edit the character information according to whether it is a required item! (Please note: If the animal character information editing page shows clothing, it is recommended to delete all clothing information!)
④ You can modify the description directly. If you add a new description, please be sure to click the Enter key and add the description within the specified number of characters, otherwise it will not take effect! After the modification is completed, please remember to click confirm to save!
⑤ If you are not satisfied with the currently selected style, you can click to enter the style selection page and reselect the style! After confirming the style, please make sure that the character portraits of all characters are of the same style! And make sure that each character has a character portrait before you can proceed to the next step! (Please note that after clicking to enter the next step, the character portrait cannot be regenerated!)
⑥ Click "Generate" to generate a character portrait. If you are not satisfied with the original picture, you can click "Generate" to regenerate it, or enter the prompt word editing page to adjust the drawing prompt words, and then click "Generate" again to regenerate!
⑦ Four pictures will be generated at one time, just pick the one you want!
Step 5 : Graphics and text editing
Enter the picture and text editing page, the text and pictures have been automatically laid out into picture and text illustrations, you can edit and modify them!
① Text editing : Select the text content that needs to be modified. We can click the text effect toolbar at the top to operate, or use the function of the floating toolbar to perform the corresponding text editing.
② Illustration generation : You can first click the small brush in the upper right corner of the subtitle on the canvas page to enter the prompt word editing page to view the illustration! On the prompt word editing page, check whether the prompt word content corresponds to the story paragraph, and whether the character portrait corresponds to the story paragraph!
③ After the review is completed, click "Generate" to generate the screen image. If you are not satisfied with the original image, you can enter the prompt word editing page to adjust the drawing prompt words and click "Generate" to regenerate!
④ Four pictures will be generated at one time, just pick the one you want!
After we have created a beautiful illustration story, you can share it to the platform you want (Facebook, Twitter, LinkdIn, WhatsApp), and complete the sharing with one click!
