How to complete your first second-creation picture book

On the Readkidz homepage, there are various types and styles of children's picture books. This is a diversified children's picture book template meticulously crafted for creators on the platform, without having to worry about copyright risks. Just choose your favorite children's picture book template, and you can easily create a high-quality children's picture book!

How can we use a remixed template to create an exciting remixed picture book?

Step 1: Select a template, enter the creative creation entry

We can choose a template in two ways and enter the creative creation entry!

① On the Readkidz homepage, different styles of children's picture books are displayed. Choose the template you like, click "Use Template" to edit the selected template creatively!

② You can click on the "Remix Template" in the left navigation bar to enter the page for creating original content. You can select your favorite template according to different thematic categories and tags, and click "Use Template" to edit the selected template!

Step 2: Style Selection and Character Portrait

After confirming the character, you need to choose a style. The platform currently offers over 100 styles. Select the style you want and proceed to the next step!

Check if there are any missing characters in the left character list! Review the right character information panel!

Click "edit character" at the bottom of the character information panel on the right or the "small pencil" in the upper right corner of the character panel on the left to enter the character editing page!

Click "Generate" to create a character portrait!

Four pictures will be generated simultaneously. Select the one that best matches the prompt! (Note: After the pictures are generated, the first one will be selected by default. If the user wants to change the picture, please click on the corresponding picture!)

If you are not satisfied with the character portraits generated in the selected style, you can click on the style selection page and reselect the style! After confirming the style, please ensure that the character portraits of all characters are in the same style! And ensure that each character has a character portrait before proceeding to the next step! (Please note that after clicking to proceed to the next step, it is not possible to regenerate the character portraits!)

Step 3: Story Editing

Enter the story editing page, in the middle is the picture book subtitles, you can edit, add and delete subtitles freely.

① Subtitle editor

Click on the corresponding subtitles to edit them!

②New subtitle

Hover the mouse over the position where you need to add subtitles, and a "+" sign will appear. Click the "+" sign to add new subtitles!

③ Delete subtitles

Hover over the subtitle to be deleted, and a delete icon will appear at the end of the subtitle!

（Please note: After clicking delete, the subtitles cannot be restored!）

Note: Please make sure all subtitles are correct before entering the next step. Once you enter the next step, the subtitles cannot be modified again.

Step 4: PPT Page

① Check whether the number of slide pages on the left reaches the specified number of subtitles!

② Check whether the characters that appear in the subtitles have corresponding character portraits!

③ Check the prompt editing section on the right!

You can also click "AI images" in the upper left corner of the canvas to enter the prompt editing page!

④ Check whether the content of the prompt words corresponds to the story subtitles, and whether the number of characters described in the prompt words corresponds to the character portraits!

Click "My Prompts" to write your own prompts!

⑤ After the review is completed, click "Generate" to generate the picture. If you are not satisfied with the original picture, you can click "Generate" to regenerate it, or enter the prompt word editing page to adjust the drawing prompt word! (Please note: if there is no prompt word, clicking the Generate button will enter the prompt word page!)

⑥ The generated pictures will be displayed on the right side of the canvas, and users can select one of them. If no picture is selected, the first picture will be selected by default! (Note: Due to platform optimization and upgrade, your historical raw picture data containing 4-in-1 pictures that have not been taken will not be queried!)

Step 5: Image Editing

ReadKidz platform supports basic image editing features and can directly perform layout design for picture books!

① Click the image, click the green dot on the green border of the image and hold it down to perform operations on the image's position and size. Right-click on the image and select the corresponding options to perform the corresponding operations as well!

② Click on the subtitle, click on the green dot on the green border of the subtitle and hold down to adjust the subtitle position and size. Right-click on the subtitle and select the corresponding options to perform the corresponding operations!

③ If you need to add a canvas, you can click on the "+ Add pages" below the canvas. The new canvas will only be added under the specified canvas, so please pay attention!

④ On the newly added blank page, you can click the "Generate" icon to enter the AI ​​drawing page to write your own prompt words and generate pictures!

⑤ You can also click the image upload icon in the toolbar below to upload images!

⑥ If you are not satisfied with a page of the picture book, you can click the three dots in the upper left corner of the canvas and click the delete icon to delete it!

⑦ Click the trash can icon in the navigation bar to view the deleted pages, and click "Recovery" to restore the deleted pages. (Please note: the newly added blank pages cannot be restored after deletion!)

⑧ If you want to add subtitles, you can click the new subtitle icon in the toolbar below and select the appropriate font style to add it!

⑨ To ensure the consistency and visual appeal of picture books, please remember to unify the subtitle font effect of the images. Click on the subtitle, right-click the mouse, and select "Copy Style" to unify the font effect of all subtitles except the cover and end pages!

⑩ ReadKidz supports a variety of stickers, bubble frames, and other diverse material libraries. Click on the icon of the material library in the toolbar to enter the material library. Select materials that match the style of the picture in the picture book, which can make the picture more interesting!

⑪ After the picture layout design of the picture book is completed, we can dub each subtitle. Click on the dubbing icon in the toolbar below to enter!

⑫ Click on the "Change All Voice Actors" in the upper right corner to enter the "Voice Library" for voiceover role listening and selection!

⑬ You can click "change voice actor" without checking the subtitles to directly enter the voice actor list, confirm the voice actor, and then you can unify all subtitles to use that voice actor!

⑭ You can also check the subtitle, enter the voiceover list, and voiceover the subtitle separately!

⑮ Subtitle addition can also be voice narrated, and you can drag the subtitle order in the voice narration list to adjust the reading order of subtitles on this page!

⑯ After the dubbing is completed, you can click on the background music library below. Select a suitable background music according to the content of the picture book story. The play button can be used for a preview, and the "+" is for adding background music!

⑰ After adding background music, you can click on the background wall library in the toolbar below and select a background image that matches the style of the picture book, which can make the picture book preview more vivid and interesting!

⑱ Save last, click preview, you can preview the overall effect of the picture book, and adjust it again according to the places that are not satisfactory!
