# How to create a picture book for language learning and enlightenment education for 3-5 year olds

Each stage is matched with exclusive content, allowing children to absorb the most suitable knowledge at the most suitable time and enjoy happy growth!

How to create a picture book for language learning and early education for <mark style="color:purple;">**children aged 3-5**</mark> using a template?

**Step 1: Create a new project**

Depending on the age of the children for whom we want to create picture book stories, we can <mark style="color:purple;">**enter the creation portal in two ways**</mark>!

① Go to the ReadKidz homepage, click on the age card below "<mark style="color:purple;">**Ages 3 to 5**</mark>" on the right!

② Go to the ReadKidz homepage, select the corresponding age under the left navigation bar "<mark style="color:purple;">**Template Craft**</mark>" to enter the creation page!

**Step 2: Subject selection**

On the subject selection page, <mark style="color:purple;">**choose the subject**</mark> according to your own ideas!

① The topics are divided into five categories: <mark style="color:purple;">**social skills, emotional management, living habits, imaginative adventure, and cognitive learning**</mark>! Each category has a sub-category corresponding to the topic!

② After determining the theme, we still need to <mark style="color:purple;">**choose the main character category of the story**</mark>, as well as the style of the story!

**Step 3: Set the size and review the subtitles**

① According to their own ideas, <mark style="color:purple;">**set the size of the picture book**</mark>, which is divided into <mark style="color:purple;">**16:9 and 1:1**</mark>!

② Check if the subtitle content is what you want, and you can <mark style="color:purple;">**edit**</mark> it yourself! The highlighted words are suitable words for learning at this age! You can <mark style="color:purple;">**remove the "【 】" symbol to cancel the highlight**</mark>, or <mark style="color:purple;">**add "【 】" to mark the word you want to highlight**</mark>!

③ If you are not satisfied with the subtitles, in addition to <mark style="color:purple;">**modifying the story content yourself**</mark>, you can also click "<mark style="color:purple;">**generate**</mark>" to regenerate it!

**Step 4: Refine the character**

Confirm the subtitles first, then we need to <mark style="color:purple;">**refine the characters**</mark>! (<mark style="color:red;">**Please note: Make sure not to modify any subtitles when refining characters, otherwise the content you modify will not take effect on the scene page!**</mark>)

① Click "<mark style="color:purple;">**Extract Roles**</mark>" to extract roles!

② After extracting the roles, check if there are any missing or incorrect roles in the role list! If so, click "<mark style="color:purple;">**Extract Roles**</mark>" to extract again, or click "<mark style="color:purple;">**Recovery**</mark>" in the role list to regenerate the role information!

③ After confirming that the role is correct, click "<mark style="color:purple;">**Confirm Role**</mark>" to proceed to the next step!

**Step 5: Style Selection**

After confirming the character, we need to <mark style="color:purple;">**choose a style**</mark>. The platform currently contains <mark style="color:purple;">**more than 100 styles**</mark>. Select the style you want and proceed to the next step!

**Step 6: Character Portrait**

After confirming the style, we need to <mark style="color:purple;">**create the character portrait**</mark>!

① <mark style="color:purple;">**Check the character list**</mark> to see if there are any missing characters!

② Click the small pencil on the right side of the character to <mark style="color:purple;">**enter the character information editing page**</mark>!

③ On the character information editing page, there will be corresponding character information according to the character type. Please <mark style="color:purple;">**edit the character information**</mark> according to the following format! (<mark style="color:red;">**Please note: If the animal character information editing page shows clothing, please be sure to delete all clothing information!**</mark>)

Human :

a. Character skin color (<mark style="color:purple;">**required**</mark>)

b. Character hairstyle (<mark style="color:purple;">**required**</mark>)

c. Character's facial features (<mark style="color:purple;">**required**</mark>)

d. Character accessories (<mark style="color:purple;">**please do not fill in this field if possible**</mark>)

e. Character Costume (<mark style="color:purple;">**Required for human characters, optional for animal characters**</mark>)

animal :

a. Character skin color (<mark style="color:purple;">**required**</mark>)

b. Character's facial features (<mark style="color:purple;">**required**</mark>)

④ You can <mark style="color:purple;">**modify the description**</mark> directly. If you add a new description, please be sure to click the Enter key and add it within the specified number of characters, otherwise it will not take effect! After the modification is completed, please remember to click "<mark style="color:purple;">**confirm**</mark>" to save!

⑤ If you are not satisfied with the character portrait generated by the selected style, you can click on the style selection page and <mark style="color:purple;">**reselect the style**</mark>! After confirming the style, please make sure that the <mark style="color:purple;">**character portraits of all characters are of the same style**</mark>! And make sure that <mark style="color:purple;">**each character has a character portrait**</mark> before you can proceed to the next step! (<mark style="color:red;">**Please note that after clicking to proceed to the next step, you cannot regenerate the character portrait!**</mark>)

**Step 7: Shot Page**

① Check whether the drawing area has reached the specified <mark style="color:purple;">**number of subtitles**</mark>!

② Check whether the characters that appear in the <mark style="color:purple;">**subtitles**</mark> have corresponding <mark style="color:purple;">**character portraits**</mark>!

③ Click "<mark style="color:purple;">**Edit**</mark>" in the upper right corner of the subtitle on the canvas page to <mark style="color:purple;">**enter the prompt word editing page**</mark>!

④ Check whether the content of <mark style="color:purple;">**the prompt words corresponds to the story subtitles**</mark>, and whether the number of characters described in <mark style="color:purple;">**the prompt words corresponds to the character portraits**</mark>!

⑤ After the review is completed, click "<mark style="color:purple;">**Generate**</mark>" to generate the screen image. If you are not satisfied with the original image, you can click "<mark style="color:purple;">**Generate**</mark>" to regenerate it, or enter the prompt word editing page to <mark style="color:purple;">**adjust the drawing prompt words**</mark>!

⑥ Four pictures will be generated at one time, just <mark style="color:purple;">**pick the one you want**</mark>!

⑦ When all the illustrations for the pages have been generated and selected, click to proceed to the next step! (<mark style="color:red;">**Please note: if a page has already generated four pictures, you cannot proceed to the next step if you have not selected any of them!**</mark>)

**Step 8: Image Editing**

The ReadKidz platform <mark style="color:purple;">**supports basic image editing functions**</mark>, and can directly <mark style="color:purple;">**design the layout of picture books**</mark>!

① Click on the picture, click the green dot on the green border of the picture and press and hold to <mark style="color:purple;">**operate the position and size of the picture**</mark>. Right-click the picture and perform corresponding operations according to the corresponding options!

② If you think the layout of the picture is not creative enough, you can use <mark style="color:purple;">**the cropping tool**</mark> in the editor! The cropping tool contains different masks. You can <mark style="color:purple;">**select different shapes of cropping masks**</mark> to adjust the shape of the illustration according to your needs to make your picture book more creative!

b. The cropping area can be rotated, and <mark style="color:purple;">**adjusting the rotation angle**</mark> can change the cropping shape! (<mark style="color:red;">**Please note: When the cropping is completed, please remember to click "confirm", otherwise the cropping will be invalid!**</mark>)

c. After cropping, <mark style="color:purple;">**adjust the position of the cropped image**</mark> to make the scene more harmonious!

③ Click the subtitle, click the green dot on the green border of the subtitle and long press to <mark style="color:purple;">**adjust the position and size of the subtitle**</mark>. Right-click the subtitle and perform corresponding operations according to the corresponding options!

④ If you need to add a new canvas, you can click "<mark style="color:purple;">**+ Add pages**</mark>" below the canvas. The new canvas will only be added under the specified canvas, so be sure to pay attention! (<mark style="color:red;">**Please note: Whether it is a new canvas or the initial canvas, it cannot be deleted, it can only be hidden!**</mark>)

⑤ On the newly added blank page, you can select the "<mark style="color:purple;">**Generate**</mark>" icon to enter the AI ​​drawing page to <mark style="color:purple;">**write prompt words and generate pictures**</mark>! You can also click "<mark style="color:purple;">**Upload**</mark>" to <mark style="color:purple;">**upload pictures yourself**</mark>. Of course, you can also click the picture upload icon in the right toolbar to upload pictures!

⑥ If you want your story dialogue to be more interactive, you can click the Add Subtitles icon in the right toolbar and <mark style="color:purple;">**select the appropriate font style to add**</mark> it!

⑦ In order to ensure the consistency and viewing experience of the picture book, please remember to <mark style="color:purple;">**unify the font effects of the subtitles**</mark> on the screen. Right-click the subtitles and select "<mark style="color:purple;">**Copy Style**</mark>" to unify the font effects of all subtitles except the cover and end captions!

⑧ ReadKidz supports a diverse material library including stickers of various styles, bubble frames, etc. Click the material library icon in the right toolbar to enter the material library and <mark style="color:purple;">**select materials that match the style of the picture book**</mark> to make the picture more interesting!

⑨ After the picture layout design of the picture book is completed, we can dub each subtitle. Just click the dubbing icon on the right toolbar to enter!

⑩ Click on "<mark style="color:purple;">**change all voice actors**</mark>" in the upper right corner to enter the "<mark style="color:purple;">**voice library**</mark>" to audition and select the dubbing roles!

⑪ You can uncheck the subtitles and click change voice actor to directly enter the dubbing role list, confirm the dubbing role, and then u<mark style="color:purple;">**nify all subtitles to use this role**</mark>!

⑫ You can also check the subtitles, enter the dubbing list, and <mark style="color:purple;">**dub the subtitles separately**</mark>!

⑬ New subtitles can also be dubbed, and you can drag the order of the subtitles in the dubbing list to <mark style="color:purple;">**adjust the reading order of the subtitles**</mark> on that page!

⑭ After the dubbing is completed, you can click on the background music library on the right and select appropriate background music according to the content of the picture book story. You can listen to it by pressing the play button and click "+" to <mark style="color:purple;">**add background music**</mark>!

⑮ After adding background music, you can click the background wall library in the right toolbar and <mark style="color:purple;">**select a background picture**</mark> that matches the style of the picture book, which can make the picture book preview more vivid and interesting!

⑯ Finally, save the picture and click <mark style="color:purple;">**Preview to preview the overall effect of the picture book**</mark>, and make adjustments based on any unsatisfactory aspects!

⑱ If you need to convert the picture book into a video, you just need to click "<mark style="color:purple;">**Generate video**</mark>" in the upper right corner.
